Proceedings All speakers will be invited to submit papers based on their talks for publication in a special issue of one of the Journals of IMACS. Articles submitted will go through the normal refereeing process. Manuscripts must be received by the organizers by January 20, 2003. Detailed instructions for authors will be given at the Symposium.
