1. Drive

20 backhand and 20 forehand straight drives in succession with ball bouncing behind service box.

2. Serve

3 forehand and 3 backhand lob serves hitting side wall high and landing on floor softly near back wall. 3 hand forehand and 3 backhand serves hitting side wall low near back of service box.

3. Return of Serve

3 forehand and 3 backhand returns of serve, keeping the ball close to wall on recei vers side bouncing behind the short line.

4. Straight Drive/Back Wall Cross Court Boast

Continuous drill of 12 shots
Forehand drive from front
Backhand, backwall cross court boast
Backhand drive from front
Forehand, backwall cross court boast
Ball must bounce in shaded area.

5. Drive/Skid Boast

Straight forehand drive from the back of the service box
forehand skid boast - must bounce behind the short line on the opposite side.
Straight backhand drive
Backhand skid boast - must bounce behind the short line on the opposit side.
4 continuous shots.
