Training Manual

Each group is required to design a one-day workshop.  The theme must be approved by the subject lecturer within the first three weeks of the semester.  The Training Manual should include timetable, site arrangement, session plans, trainer¡¦s notes, handouts and power point diskette or CD-ROM.

Moreover, the forms for the needs assessment and evaluation should be attached.  The training brochure, certificate, list of reference materials and at least two cue cards should also be included.

The oral presentation will be divided into two parts.  The first part will be around 15 minutes, highlighting the design rationale and special features in the workshop.  The first part aims to persuade the target company to accept your training proposal.  The second part will be around 5 minutes, explaining the problems encountered, solutions found and suggested areas for improvement.  The second part aims to share your experience with the other class members.
